Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Quantities: We accept orders for full cases of 6 bottles only. The minimum order is 2 cases of 6 bottles i.e. 12 bottles. We do not accept credit card payments.

Shipping And Handling Delivery charges for 35 bottles or fewer is £6.99 inclusive of VAT. Delivery is free for orders of three or more dozen bottles - UK Mainland only.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days . All wines are subject to availability. Where stocks are exhausted we will, if possible, substitute a similar wine of no less value unless requested not to do so. If you cancel your order pursuant to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, we will be responsible for the cost of returning any substitutes.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero, but note that deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only.

Credit Card Security We do not accept credit or debit cards at present.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. <All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.> This does not affect your right of cancellation pursuant to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. In the event of cancellation of order without reason, we shall require you to return the goods to us or be responsible for the cost to us of recovering them. In the unlikely event of shortage or breakages, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and retain any damaged goods for inspection.
